When five times world champion Nat Young
declares his respect for a particular longboard, you
know it's going to be exceptional. Designed by his
long time surfing mate Darrell "Rooster" Dell, this
9'4" is Nat's personal favourite and it's also the
preferred longboard of many intermediate and
experienced surfers who want a longboard that
combines superb design, smooth wave entry and
speed with exceptional manoeuvrability.
Darrell's 9'4'' design is lightly concaved with
conventional rocker through the nose, which then
flows into a flattened area right below the rider in
the paddling position to allow effi cient paddling
and smooth wave selection. From there it moves
into a rolled V
